About us

LiftLab (www.lift-lab.co.uk) is a trading name of Josh Campbell, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: liftlabstore355@gmail.com

Orders

When you place an order, we confirm it by email. A contract is formed when we send your order to dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (£). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. We accept credit and debit cards at checkout. Payment is taken when you order.

Shipping and delivery

  • Free shipping on orders over £30, worldwide.

  • Orders under £30 pay a flat £5.99.

  • We dispatch within 5 to 10 days of your order, and delivery takes 15 to 30 days from dispatch.

  • For international orders, you pay any import duties or taxes charged by your country.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

You can return an item within 14 days of the day it is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. You pay the return shipping.

To start a return, email liftlabstore355@gmail.com with your order number and the item. Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 7 days.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email liftlabstore355@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will offer you a refund or a replacement, and we pay the return shipping in that case. This is in addition to your legal rights.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

Wholesale and bulk orders

We quote bulk and wholesale orders case by case. Email liftlabstore355@gmail.com with the products, quantities, delivery country and your company name.

Using this site

Content on this site, including text, images and the LiftLab name, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please do not copy it without asking. We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

Law
