SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping on orders over £30, worldwide. Orders under £30 pay a flat £5.99.
Dispatch: your order leaves us within 5 to 10 days of being placed.
Delivery: it arrives within 15 to 30 days of dispatch.
Import duties and taxes: for international orders, customers pay any import duties or taxes charged by their country.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can return an item within 14 days of the day it is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
To start a return, email liftlabstore355@gmail.com with your order number and the item you are returning. Once we receive and check your return, your refund is paid to your original payment method within 5 to 7 days.
